Ware Road, Hertford
This 8 month project involved the demolition of an existing outbuilding and construction of a 2 bedroom air tight and insulated timber frame annexe following enerphit principles. The project featured stylish oak trusses with oak cladding and a feature sliding door and window to the rear of the building allowing views of the extensive garden project. The project featured installation of high end client specified finishes and a sophisticated lighting plan.
